Winter Shipping Schedule
The Winter Shipping Schedule runs from November 1 through April 30.
Choose 2-Day Shipping for the fastest delivery, or USPS for orders that do not include chocolate.
Orders placed before 11:00 am PT, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am PT, Monday through Thursday, are dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 11:00 am PT on Friday, or at any time over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday. We do not dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday.
2-Day Shipping
Once your order is dispatched, this is when to expect it:
- Monday shipments are delivered on Wednesday.
- Tuesday shipments are delivered on Thursday.
- Wednesday shipments are delivered on Friday.
- Thursday shipments are delivered on Monday.
- Friday shipments are delivered on Tuesday.
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
USPS Shipping
USPS is available at checkout on any order that does not include chocolate. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. USPS is a good choice if you are not in a hurry or if you need to ship to a P.O. Box.

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays.
Summer "Chocolate" Shipping Schedule
The Summer Shipping Schedule runs from May 1st through Oct 31st.
Chocolate does not ship like syrups, gummies, or tablets. It goes FedEx 2-Day only, and USPS is not offered at checkout on chocolate orders.
Chocolate ships Monday through Wednesday, never Thursday or Friday, so it doesn't sit in a facility over a weekend. Wednesday orders need to be in by 2 pm PT. Every other day, the cutoff is 11:00 am PT.
Chocolate also cannot go to a P.O. Box, and it is worth knowing why before you place the order. A P.O. Box is a USPS box, and only USPS can deliver to it. FedEx can't access it. Since chocolate ships FedEx only, a chocolate order addressed to a P.O. Box will be declined rather than delayed. Use a street address.
Every chocolate order ships with ice packs, and we include handling instructions in the package. Chocolate melts in hot weather, and we cannot guarantee a bar arrives unmelted, but a melted bar is not a ruined bar. Lay it flat in the refrigerator until it sets again.
If a white film shows up on the surface, that is chocolate bloom. It is cosmetic, caused by temperature swings, and the bar is fine.
Military Bases Are Restricted
Please note that we cannot deliver to military bases at this time. If you place an order to one of these locations, you will receive a notification that we have refunded your order in full. We are sorry for any inconvenience, and we will keep you informed of any changes to this policy.
Stolen Packages Policy
All customers can request a signature upon delivery at checkout, ensuring the package is not left unattended and theft cannot occur. MushroomFX cannot be held liable for stolen packages.
For customers in areas with frequent package theft, a helpful solution is to place a clearly labeled FedEx/UPS package locker near your front door. This can be anything: a cooler, a plastic container, or a tin box. Make sure that it is waterproof and not see-through. This provides a secure drop-off option, helping to prevent missed or misplaced deliveries and keeping your package out of sight from any passersby on the sidewalk or street.
