- Chocolate ships Monday through Wednesday on the warm-weather schedule, and Monday through Friday from November 1 to April 30 during the cold season.
- Chocolate cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. A P.O. Box is a USPS box, and only USPS can deliver to it, so FedEx Express shipments will be declined. Use a street address for chocolate orders
- Ice packs and a handling card go out with hot weather chocolate orders. We do our best to ensure chocolate shipments don't melt in the summer; there is no extra charge for this.

The chocolate bar is scored into 24 tiles at 500mg each. It is cast into a scored mold, so tiles separate along the lines rather than fracturing across them.
Break tiles at room temperature. A warm bar bends before it breaks and a cold bar shatters unevenly. Tiles off a 24g Rize X bar carry twice as much, so if you are moving between sizes, the tiles look alike but aren't.
